You can choose Home delivery in deliveries made in Continental Portugal / Autonomous Regions.
In Continental Portugal, the payment can be made through Multibanco Reference / Bank Transfer (more economic) or against reimbursement. Shipments to the home are made by Nacex, and delivery is made on the last day after shipment.
The basic shipping costs for Nacex are € 3.90 (depending on the weight of the order) for orders paid in advance, and € 7.46 against refund, on the same terms.
In the Autonomous Regions, the payment must be made by Multibanco Reference / Bank Transfer and is delivered by CTT. If the total weight of the order exceeds 2Kg, the delivery is carried out by the Order service, and will be delivered to the nearest CTT Post. The deadline for delivery of orders sent via CTT is 3-4 business days. The basic cost of this service is € 5.90.
Shipments to be delivered by Chronopost at a Pick-up Network establishment must be paid by ATM / Bank Transfer Reference and delivered to a Pick-up Point in Continental Portugal.
This shipping method is the one used in the products with Free Shipping, although you can choose it for any other order in our online store.
Shipping to a Pickup Point from Chronopost has a base cost of € 3.20, on products not marked with Free Shipping. This shipping method does not allow cash back option.
Shipments to Point Pickup are limited to orders whose total weight is less than 10Kg. The order is delivered to Pickup Point chosen the next business day (includes Saturdays).
There is always a selection of products (which change periodically) with free delivery. These products are marked in blue and can be delivered free of charge to a Chronopost Pickup Point of your choice.
For orders with delivery outside of Portugal, we accept payments made by reference Multibanco or Wire Transfer.

We inform you that in case of damaged orders, the customer must reject the order, contacting us immediately and reporting the situation with the courier, deliveries at home, or the person in charge of the Pickup Point.
This measure is necessary and very important so that we can ascertain what has happened, and make sure that the customer receives his order in the best conditions.
