Warranty Activation (RMA)

How to ask for warranty activation?

  1. Before activating the return process, please read HERE
  2. Fill out the RMA form, which is available HERE
  3. Package the product correctly. If the product has been sold for more than 15 days, we kindly ask you to ship only the broken product, with no accessories.
  4. Ship the package to our store (you don't have to tell us first).


2 years warranty (from the date of the sale).

We only take responsibility for the products that were sold in our store, with a copy of the original invoice and the RMA form (available above). From the moment we receive products with no proper documentation, we don't take responsibility for delays in the activation of the warranty. If we get products with no information at all, we do not activate the warranty.

We also inform that we assume the shipping costs (in the first 15 days after the sale) within Continental, Madeira and Azores.
