WARRANTY (RMA):

Conditions:

  • All eletronic products have legal warranty timestamp of 2 years after order's reception;
  • Warranty can only be activated for products purchased in Kontrolsat's Store and Online Store;
  • It's mandatory to present the invoice and RMA form on paper or in a digital way;
  • You need to send or ship (with tracking) the product to our store in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal;
  • Warranty estimated time is of 30 days after reception with all conditions filled above. Our solution will always be repair, swap for new or equivalent model or internal credit note.

If any of the conditions listed above are not met, warranty process will be declined and client must pay for shipping to receive them at their address. Clients outside of EU must always pay for shipping.

How to activate warranty?

  • Fill RMA form available in the right upper corner with your Kontrolsat's credentials - HERE;
  • Safely pack your product before shipping. If the product has been bought for over 14 days, ship only the necessary equipment without accessories;
  • Use a tracking shipment option and readily send it to our store in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.

SWAP & REFUND

Conditions:

  • Send invoice with equipment in paper format or by email to rma@kontrolsat.com;
  • Devolução do artigo completo, com todos os seus componentes e acessórios, manual de instruções e embalagens originais em perfeito estado;

  • Ship the entire product, with all of it's components, acessories, instructions manual and plastics in perfect condition;
  • Prazo de Devolução: Até ao 14º dia consecutivo, a partir do dia da entrega.

  • Refund Term: Until the 14th consecutive day after receiving order;

  • The product must be in perfect condition and with no signs of use. Software and components alteration invalidates any refund/swap.

Resolution Term: Kontrolsat undertakes to resolve orders that fit the conditions previously stipulated within 14 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Kontrolsat Lda. will not procceed to refund/swap the equipments listed below:
    • Electronics with Warranty Seals/Badges;
    • Hygiene Products: Headsets, Headphones, Masks, Etc;
    • Smartphones, Memory Cards, Batteries, External Hard Drives, CDs, DVDs and Softwares.
  • Purchases made in our phisical store in Vila Nova de Gaia: Are not refundable, except for legal exceptional requirements. The solution is an internal credit note for swap of the device with the same or higher value.

FAULTY PRODUCTS & SHIPPING ERRORS:

Kontrolsat assumes full responsibility for defects of origin or in raw material of the purchased products and, if this needed, it will proceed to repair, exchange or return the product with no additional costs to the customer. Likewise, Kontrolsat is also committed to resolving any possible error made in the order shipping process.

DAMAGED ORDERS:

  • Alguns exemplos: The costumers accepts full responsability to alert, at the delivery moment, of any visual damage by describing it in courier's guide. Some examples follow:
    • Crushed, ripped and damaged Kontrolsat's box and without Kontrolsat's tape.
    • Sounds of broken parts like plastic, glass or others;
    • Liquid spills or out of context smells;
  • If the entire package presents no outside and fully visibile damage, you have a term of 24 hours to alert Kontrolsat at suporte@kontrolsat.com or to a call to our International Number;

We recommend you to have by your side at all times the order reference, invoice and pictures of the package at the delivery moment;
